Material and method. A psa is study was conducted on a total of 88 patients 32 with nonbacterial chronic prostatitis, 27 with benign prostatic hyperplasia, 29 with adenocarcinoma of the prostate and 30 healthy volunteers.
PSA values were significantly different in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia 3. Serum PSA is affected by the inflammatory process.
The influence of inflammation on the PSA level was realized in obtaining a statistically significant positive correlation between PSA and CRP chronic prostatitis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostate adenocarcinomabetween PSA and fibrinogen prostate cancer and a negative association between PSA and albumin benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatic adenocarcinoma. PSA values should always be interpreted in the clinical context and of the impact of the inflammatory component in the synthesis of this antigen.
Condiţionalitatea PSA este monitorizată prin rapoartele anuale de progres prezentate de Comisie. SAP conditionality is monitored through the annual progress reports prepared by the Commission.
